Learn. Grow. Share
As a facilitator I’m proud to have now delivered two Peer Networks for the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce. I’ve got a further two starting on the 24th January. So if you’ve not explored what a Peer Network is yet, I definitely recommend you check them out. Delivered virtually, each delegate receives 18 hours of group coaching and an additional 3.5 hours of 1-1 coaching, which really helps to drill into your individual challenges. All funded by Government and worth over £2k.
What you’ll get from a Peer Network
As a delegate, you’ll get a few great benefits:
- A safe space to learn. Peer networks are basically Action Learning Sets, designed to encourage new thinking to your business.
- Meet business owners/leaders like you. All participants share similar goals and are motivated to see their businesses grow.
- Get results. As you dive into the programme, you’ll share and explore a wide range of challenges and opportunities which will help to develop you and your business.
Getting the most out of your Peer Network
As a facilitator I’m here to help ensure you get the best experience and results, and I know you are too. Here’s some ways which will help each of us to get there:
Be supportive. Encourage and support your fellow business owners. This is a safe environment and no one is looking for criticism, cynicism, or judgement.
Share courageously. Your stories and experiences may be just what another business owner needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.
Be constructive. We’re here to support each other and lift each other up. Find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.
Be part of something powerful and transformational
By joining a Peer Network, you are part of a national movement of business owners supporting each other to, learn, grow and share.
My recent cohort shared how they were feeling after their last session: “Grateful; Hugged; Inspired; Happier; Hopeful”; “Its the highlight of my week” and “The value of the group is remarkable”.
If you’re a business leader based in Derbyshire, Leicester or Leicestershire then check out my further information here:https://anothertest.co.uk/peer-networks-overview/ And fill out an enquiry form here: https://anothertest.co.uk/peer-network-enquiry/ and someone will be in touch to discuss what you hope to achieve and make sure that the Peer Network is right for you.
But don’t just take my word for it:
I highly recommend taking up this fantastic opportunity! Tracy provides excellent facilitation and coaching and you will meet some amazing people with diverse expertise and experiences who can challenge and support you, it’s a completely safe environment to share ideas, become more self aware and empowered. The sessions are inclusive and interactive and whatever mood I join the session in I leave it feeling inspired and motivated! Make sure you don’t miss out.
