With over 30 years of experience in leadership, organisational development, and business growth, I’ve supported countless individuals in overcoming imposter syndrome, strengthening self-belief, and leading with purpose.
My expertise is grounded in evidence-based practice and professional standards. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors and Chartered Management Institute, and a Licensed Investors in People Practitioner with more than a decade of guiding organisations through assessment and accreditation.
