Group Coaching and Action Learning for SME Leaders

Learn with people who understand the pressure

Group coaching brings leaders together to explore real challenges, learn from different perspectives and turn useful conversations into action. It goes beyond networking. Participants bring genuine issues, ask better questions and support one another to make progresswith skilled facilitation keeping the work purposeful and on track.

The most useful person in the room might be another leader

It is easy to assume nobody else quite understands the challenge you are facing. Then you sit down with a group of leaders and discover that most of them are wrestling with their own version of the same thing.

Group coaching creates a confidential, structured environment where participants can share experience, challenge assumptions and develop practical responses to real situations.

Learn. Challenge. Act.

Participants bring real leadership, career or business issues to the group. Through structured questions, reflection and facilitated discussion, they examine the challenge from different angles before deciding what to do next.

The group provides:

• A confidential and supportive environment

• Perspectives from people facing similar pressures

• Constructive challenge without competition

• Practical action between sessions

• Accountability and follow-through

• Stronger relationships across the organisation or network

More than a discussion group

Each programme has a clear purpose, skilled facilitation and an agreed rhythm. Depending on the group, the journey can include facilitated coaching, action learning sets, individual coaching, leadership workshops, CoachPro-supported action and reflection, and selected Skillslocal resources.

The content is shaped around the challenges participants bring rather than a fixed list of generic topics.
