Leadership and Team Coaching for Growing SMEs
Your team probably doesn’t need another away day

What might be going on underneath?
A communication problem may actually be a clarity problem. A difficult relationship may be made worse by conflicting expectations. A lack of accountability may have developed because senior leaders routinely take decisions back.
Team coaching creates enough safety to examine these patterns without turning the work into a search for somebody to blame.
How we work with teams
1. Understand the context
We speak with the sponsor and relevant team members to understand the business context, objectives and different experiences of the situation.
2. Make sense of the patterns
The team explores what is working, what is getting in the way and what may be happening underneath the obvious symptoms. Diagnostics such as DISC or WRaW can be included when they help answer a clear question—not simply because another colourful report would be nice.
3. Agree useful changes
The team agrees on a small number of meaningful changes in behaviour, decision-making or working practice. The aim is not a heroic action plan that nobody opens again.
4. Put the changes to work
Follow-up sessions review what actually changed, tackle setbacks and maintain shared accountability.
A joined-up team journey
Team coaching can be combined with individual leadership coaching, facilitated workshops, DISC or WRaW diagnostics, action learning and selected Skillslocal learning resources. Where the issue is wider than the team, the work can also connect to Flourish®, culture support and organisational development.
The programme is shaped around the team’s real situation rather than a fixed list of generic topics.
