So, having worked with Tracy, I’ve been able to identify the barriers getting in the way of me achieving both my personal and professional goals. It’s helped clear my mind of what I need to do in order to achieve them. I’ve been able to clearly identify that I spend very little time on anything for myself, whether that be on a professional or a personal level. My greatest insight I guess is that quite quickly I’ve been able to put measures in place that allow me to achieve my short, medium and long-term goals. I’ve got a better clarity of mind and realised I was getting in my own way. I have solutions now to each challenge. I’ve learnt important it is to have ambition and drive.
Tracy is very easy to talk to and it was nice to get to get the reassurance and encouragement.
