Flourish® Step up and Stand out – Elevate

Six months of individual support

This six-month programme will help to support and motivate you. It includes everything in the Discovery programme plus your customised Flourish® plan supported by six peer networking sessions with Tracy and other leaders to guide and support you through the first stages of implementing change.

  • You want the support of a wider network to share ideas and learn from
  • You need more accountability

What it includes:

Start by clearly understanding your current situation with an online assessment which help to identify your key areas needing support. This helps to prioritise key action steps which will form the basis of your Flourish® plan and an online review session with founder Tracy. This is followed by six peer networking sessions delivered over six months.

Detail and Pricing:

The peer networks will be delivered online and will follow the outline structure of the flourish framework and are supported by a specific workbook and journal. All sessions will support your Flourish® plan, to support your individual needs.

Flourish® Step up and Stand out – Transform

Twelve months of mentoring, coaching and business support.

Transform your year with twelve months of guidance and support to guide your leadership transformation. This includes 1-1 coaching, peer network group and dedicated coaching app. An assessment and review with Tracy Duggan to create your customised Flourish® plan is followed by twelve months of support with Tracy to guide and support you through a year of committed change and transformation.

  • You need 1-1 support to really get things moving and provide additional accountability

What it includes:

We start by clearly understanding your current situation with a professional online assessment. We identify areas needing support and prioritise action steps to kick-start your Flourish® plan. This is followed by 6 1-1 coaching and mentoring and 12 facilitated peer network sessions.

Detail and Pricing:

We work out a plan of action which will look slightly different for each everyone but as a minimum includes:

  • Everything in Discovery and the Rise-up packages
  • Access to the flourish coaching app means you have your own micro coaching using our flourish AI
  • Twelve online facilitated Flourish® peer network sessions.
  • Six 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • A Flourish® plan, customised and reviewed to your defined vision and growth ambitions.
  • A six-month review to reassess your situation and make necessary adjustments or additions to ensure you achieve your ambition and business goals.
