Flourish® Accelerator

Six months of mentoring, coaching and business support.

This is a six-month programme to help support and motivate you and your team. Includes everything in the Essentials programme plus your customised Flourish® plan supported six monthly in-person coaching and mentoring days with Tracy to guide and support you through the first stages of implementing change.

For you if:

  • You need more support in the initial phases of implementing change
  • You are stuck and are committed to real progress
  • Your business needs outside facilitation

What it includes:

Start by clearly understanding your current situation with a professional online assessment. Identify areas needing support. This helps to prioritise key action steps which will form the basis of your Flourish® plan and an online review session with founder Tracy. This is followed by six in-person mentoring, coaching, and facilitation sessions with Tracy over six months for you and your team. We agree how best to use this time as every team and organisation is different.

Detail and Pricing:

The six Flourish® days usually comprise team coaching and facilitation and/or 1:1 leadership surgery for individual mentoring and coaching, depending on each individual’s needs. All sessions are based on your Flourish® plan, customised and reviewed to your defined vision and growth ambitions .

What it includes:

We identify areas needing support and prioritise action steps to kick-start your Flourish® plan. This is followed by twelve in-person mentoring, coaching, and facilitation days with Tracy over a transformational year for you and your team.

We work out a plan of action which will look slightly different for each organisation but as a minimum includes:

  • The twelve Flourish® days which includes team coaching and facilitation.
  • 1:1 leadership surgeries for individual mentoring and coaching.
  • All sessions are bespoke to your needs and will be identified at the start of us working together.
