Your business is recognised for the support you give to your people in supporting their health and wellbeing. The framework has been developed in partnership with leaders and innovators which covers all aspects of wellbeing and drives behavioural change. It truly allows a culture of wellbeing to thrive within any organisation.

Coaching

After more than 25 years working in businesses support, training, and development roles Tracy decided to extend her skills into Personal and Business coaching. Her roles as Business Advisor and IIP practitioner are very much focused on providing practical solutions to specific problems. Coaching is very different, coaching helps to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than the past. Coaching helps to unlock potential which then helps to maximise performance. It is a process which supports individuals, leaders and teams to learn rather than be taught. It is generally more effective than training as it focuses on changing behaviours.

Our Areas of Focus

  • Individual coaching
  • Leadership and executive coaching
  • Group coaching
  • Health & Wellbeing and mindfulness, Wraw

Netwalks in the High Peak

Netwalks skillslocal

Aimed at supporting women-run businesses in rural areas. The format is an organised short (approx. 2 – 4 miles) walk somewhere in the Peak District, with a predetermined business topic as the initial/main point of discussion.

Netwalks started life, in 2017, as part of the pan-European FREE project (Female Rural Enterprise Empowerement, EU Erasmus+) aimed at providing training and support to women running businesses in rural areas. This included virtual and face to face training on key skills for business such as finance and marketing, as well as ‘soft skills’ such as building confidence. The Think Outside walks formed part of the sustainability agenda of the project and the leaders time was all voluntary. The FREE project itself ended in 2018.
