We also provide accredited Mental Health First Aid Training Level 1 to 3. This will help you or your employees to understand the signs and common symptoms of common mental health issues which includes stress and anxiety.  All courses can be delivered online or face-to-face.

Tracy is an accredited Practioner with both Wraw and We invest in wellbeingas well as a trained trainer for Mental Health First Aid.  So, you can relax knowing we’ve got you covered with all the support you need.

Workplace  resilience and wellbeing (Wraw)

Wraw is the world’s first psychometric assessment and survey to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing. Organisations need resilient employees, people who are able to cope with challenges and can work through uncertain times.  They can handle the pressures, uncertainty and ambiguity to manage their own personal stress and anxiety. Wraw can be deployed in a number of ways and supports you on a number of levels:

  • Wraw for individuals
  • Wraw for business leaders and teams
  • Wraw for organisation – a whole organisation approach.

We invest in wellbeing

We invest in wellbeing is a nationally recognised award (from Investors in People). Your business is recognised for the support you give to your people in supporting their health and wellbeing. This is an excellent route to take if you’ve already been supporting your people. It takes four to six weeks to become accredited:

  • Tracy will visit and talk to your people.
  • The assessment is carried out using the We invest in wellbeing framework.
  • Everyone completes a 25-question online survey.
  • Award level is assessed based on findings.

Mental Health Awareness Training

We offer three levels of Mental Health First Aid training. All accredited by FAA. All our training courses can be delivered online or face-to-face and can be customised to meet the aims of your organisation.

  • Level 1 provides Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health Training
  • Level 2 provides First Aid for Mental Health
  • Level 3 provides supervising or leading for mental health

During lockdown Tracy was invited to deliver a webinar on the ‘Return to work and the new normal’ for the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce HR forum and members of Business Peak District.  If you missed it you can see it here.
