Health and Wellbeing
There has never been a more important time for Organisations to consider the Health and Wellbeing of their staff. Organisations need resilient employees, people who are able to cope with challenges and who can work through uncertain times. People who can handle the pressures, uncertainty and ambiguity to manage their own personal stress and anxiety.
What is coaching?
After more than 25 years working in businesses support, training, and development roles Tracy decided to extend her skills into Personal and Business coaching. Her roles as Business Advisor and IIP practitioner are very much focused on providing practical solutions to specific problems. Coaching is very different, coaching helps to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than the past. Coaching helps to unlock potential which then helps to maximise performance. It is a process which supports individuals, leaders and teams to learn rather than be taught. It is generally more effective than training as it focuses on changing behaviours.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
